Shipping charges by destination
Shipping is charged per order, not per pair, and is calculated from your delivery address at secure checkout. The first pair pays the full shipping rate; each additional pair in the same order adds 40% of that rate. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before payment.

These are the same rates shown at checkout. If no shipping method appears for your address, do not complete payment — send us the destination first and we will confirm availability. Orders are limited to 99 pairs.
What a multi-pair order costs
Because each extra pair adds 40% rather than a full rate, a two-pair order costs less than two separate orders. Worked examples at current rates:

Production and delivery
Our current estimated production time is around 3 days, followed by approximately 8–15 days for US delivery. Transit times for other destinations vary by carrier and customs; contact us for an estimate before ordering. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Payment and design review. Production begins after payment and a check of your artwork against the shoe pattern.
- Printing and assembly. Roughly 3 days, since each pair is printed to order rather than pulled from stock.
- Dispatch. Transit begins when the parcel leaves us, not when the order is placed.
- Delivery. Address checks, design clarification, customs and carrier delays can all add time.

Destinations we confirm before payment
Some destinations are quoted individually instead of showing an automatic rate, because carrier coverage and customs handling change more often there. For these, checkout will ask you to contact us before paying: Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestinian Territories, Yemen and Russia.
If your country is not listed in the table above, send us your destination city and postal code and we will confirm both the rate and whether delivery is currently available.
